GENERAL

What's included in my package?

All orders come with an activator spray bottle, slime care sheet, and slime that was purchased. All orders of 2 or more slimes will receive a mochi squishy.

Is slime edible?

No, Slime is not edible. Do not try to consume slime or anything included with the slime. It is a choking hazard.

What if my slime is sticky?

If your slime is sticky simply follow the slime care sheet instructions provided with your order or you can contact us at squishybunniihelp@gmail.com for any further questions.

How long will my slime last?

Your slime can last you for several months, If it's properly taken care of. Remember to always wash your hands before playing with slime and only play on clean surfaces. This will help avoid any small debris or food residue from getting into your slime. When you are finished playing with it always store it in an airtight container to avoid it from hardening. 

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Weekends are not business days. Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, Delivery time frame window depends on type of shipping method. Visit our "Shipping policy" for types of shipping methods. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only change your shipping address if your order has not left our facility. Email us immediately at squishybunniihelp@gmail.com if you notice you entered the wrong address at checkout. If your order has been shipped, Get in contact with USPS. They may be able to help you redirect your package. Once your order has left our facility we are no longer able to assist you with this matter.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Once it has been shipped, We can no longer cancel an order. All sales are final once they are shipped. Squishybunnii is not responsible for unauthorized purchases.

What if i receive the wrong slime?

If you received the wrong slime, Email us at squishybunniihelp@gmail.com with  picture proof of the wrong slime received. We can then further assist you in getting you the correct slime.
